Jelly Bean in 4D

Guess who's little girl spent her entire 4D ultrasound faced towards her mom's back with both hands over her face...OURS!

Despite the doctor's best efforts to have me roll into every imaginable position, despite her leaving and coming back about 20 minutes later in hopes that she would change positions, despite gentle prodding from mommy and the doctor's pleas of "Don't be shy, baby," our little girl refused to cooperate. Subsequently, we have no real good 4D shots.

She also does this thing where she'll be moving like CRAZY, so I'll have Neils put his hand on my tummy to feel. The minute he lays his hand on me she stops completely, only to resume the second he pulls his hand away.

I'm preparing for a very willful child. ;-)

The good and important news though, is that she appears to be healthy. We had the doc scan all the major organs to ensure things are developing the way they should be.

I’ve attached the photos of identifiable baby parts. You can see her face in the first one and then her hands on her face in the second.

It appears that she sucks on her fingers much like her Aunt Amber used to do.
